Herbertpur Christian Hospital is organizing a CME on Legal Aspects of Healthcare on the 29th and 30th of May, 2009.

The Resource person for the CME is Mr. D. Samuel Abraham, M.A. B.L, M.Phil, PGDBM. He is the Legal Officer of Christian Medical College, Vellore.

All of us working in the health sector are bound by a number of laws, many of which we are unaware of. Ignorance of the legal aspects of healthcare can lead to unprecedented events in the hospital scenario associated with medico-legal-cases and other legal issues.

This CME is a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge on legal aspects in healthcare and also enhance the importance and application of the respective concept in modern day cases.

I encourage all of you to participate in this CME. Doctors, Nurses and Administrators can participate.

There is no registration fee for the CME, you only have to pay for accommodation and food.

Guest room (shared) + Mess charges = Rs. 350/- per day.
