5.  Xerox copies of all certificates duly attested should be attached (originals should be produced at the time of the interview) please refer prospectus
6. Incomplete application forms will be summarily rejected
7. PLEASE QUOTE THE APPLICATION NUMBER IN ALL COMMUNICATIONS
